Refund & Returns Policy
The JOCK Poppers website accepts unwanted items for refund or exchange for up to 30 days. These products must be unopened, unused or unworn as appropriate.
Faulty items will be replaced or exchanged up to 30 days after purchase unless otherwise stated in the product specification.
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE ANY RETURNS ARE SENT. If a returns is agreed, please download the JOCK RETURNS FORM, print it off and include in your returns. This will ensure your return is processed as efficiently as possible.
Please also ensure you get a free certificate of posting from the Post Office upon dispatch and keep this in a safe place. We cannot accept responsibility for any items returned without a certificate of posting. Should your unwanted item be returned to us in an unsanitary, opened or used condition, we will have no choice but to decline your refund and return the item to you.
Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of receipt of your return to the account you paid from.
Some consumables are exempt from your right to return once they have been opened, used or worn. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Poppers
- Room Aromas
The above returns policy is only valid for purchases made through the JOCK Poppers website and does not include sales at and JOCK events. Please contact JOCK PARTY UK if you require more information on event purchase returns.
https://jockpoppers.com may, but are under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:
Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, https://jockpoppers.com may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item;
Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples ( in the form of video overviews, demo links, product samples, screen shots) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.

Can I pay with card?
Yes, at checkout selected pay with card and input your details. But this wont take a payment from you. It will simply reserve your order. We will email or send you an sms with a payment link once we get your order
How long does shipping take
We offer a 24 and 48 hour tracked service and endevour to stick to this. We are only a small business tho so there may be a slight delay during busy periods
You've not sent me the correct items?
Sometimes stock levels mean we cant meat your ordrer 100% and we may have to substitute your item for a similar product. If this does happen we will normally check with you in advance first and obviously if youre not happy we will offer a full refund
My poppers have leaked in the mail
Sometimes accidents do happen but we endevour to send all poopers upright in a marked box. If you have had a spillage, email us at [email protected] and we’ll arrange an immediate replacemnt free of charge
